Guests at the Haciendas IV can choose to stay in Apartments or Villas. Accommodation is one-storey but access is via steps. Cleaning takes place daily from Monday to Sunday. Keys are left in key safes, with codes and instructions sent to guests three days before arrival.

Apartments have one or two bedrooms. One Bedroom Apartments have twin beds. Two Bedroom Apartments have wardrobes in both rooms, twin beds in the main bedrooms and a double bed in the second room. All apartments feature a double sofa bed in the lounge, a kitchen (with full oven, ceramic hob and microwave), ceiling fans, an iron and ironing board, a safe, a hairdryer and a highchair on request.

There are two Villas, both decorated and furnished to a high standard. They include a bedroom with a double bed, a room with twin beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The en-suite bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower and there is also a kitchen area and seating areas. Villas also feature a private swimming pool, private BBQ pool towels, wardrobes in both bedrooms, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer and a highchair on request.

The guest accommodation at this hotel has Self Catering facilities. There is also a range of shops, restaurants and bars in the immediate area.

Sports & Entertainment
The complex features two communal swimming pools. One of Europe’s greatest water parks, Siam Park, is just a five-minute drive away, as is the shopping paradise of Siam Mall. Within a short distance of the property is the port of
Los Cristianos, which offers regular ferries to the islands of La Palma and La Gomera. There is also a golf course within easy reach, and the nearby beaches offer a variety of watersports and activities. The hotel has multilingual staff.
