The complex comprises 14 villas with gardens and parking.

Each villa has spacious bedrooms and a living room with an indoor garden that offers wonderful views of the pool. Each also has wireless Internet access, air conditioning throughout the house and a heat pump (for a surcharge). All are en suite with a shower and bath. A double bed, satellite/cable TV, a safe, washing machine, ironing set, terrace and a large garden also come as standard. The kitchens come with a fridge, cooker, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities.

There are barbecue facilities. The centre of town is just 1 km away, where guests will find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas.

There is a large swimming pool with a terrace furnished with sun loungers and parasols and a solarium with views. There are also barbecue facilities.

Outdoor facilities include a barbecue area, outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a solarium. There is also an indoor swimming pool (for an additional fee). The nearby beach is sandy and there is a golf course at Costa Teguise, some 45 km away.

The villas are on the outskirts of town but within walking distance of the resort centre and its sandy beaches. In addition, the famous beaches of Papagayo are not far away. It is also the home of the harbour, where guests can take one of the ferries and visit the island of Fuerteventura and enjoy the magnificent views of Lobos Island.
